Beta terms
FUT Cloud Seller – Beta Terms of Use
Version: 2026-10-14.2
Effective date: 14 October 2026
1. Scope and access
These terms govern your personal access to the invitation beta of FUT Cloud Seller. They are agreed through your explicit acceptance when setting up your beta access. An invitation is intended for the email address specified in it, expires at the stated time and can be used once. Its validity period is not a guaranteed duration for your subsequent access. Do not share invitation links or your platform access with other people.
2. Beta features
FUT Cloud Seller is an independent automation and control tool for selling EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team Coins for real money through various connected selling platforms or providers. It provides a personal cloud workspace for managing EA credentials, proxies, selling providers, selling settings, schedules and operational logs. Compensation and its payout are provided by the selected external provider under that provider's terms. The features and account limits available to you are determined by your agreed invitation and the settings shown in your workspace. No particular sales volume, proceeds or acceptance of offers is promised. A planned desktop client and any future desktop licence are outside the scope of this beta access.
3. Costs and external providers
The platform operator currently charges no usage fee for participation in this beta. An invitation, plan name or assigned account limit does not create a paid subscription or an automatic recurring payment. Future paid use requires a separate express agreement. Costs for your accounts, proxies and other services, and any taxes you may owe, are not covered by this arrangement.
External providers' services, compensation and settlements are subject to the terms you agree with them. Before use, check the currency and pricing basis, provider commissions, minimum payout amounts, payment service fees, exchange rates and other deductions. Costs and deductions on the EA Transfer Market, and losses when reselling purchased Items, may further reduce the proceeds you retain. A displayed gross amount is therefore not automatically your net proceeds or profit. A positive profit is not guaranteed; losses are possible.
Payouts may be delayed or fail, for example because of disputed transactions, checks, technical faults, restricted provider access, lack of liquidity or the provider's insolvency. Prices and exchange rates may change between the offer, settlement and payout. An accepted order, a confirmed Coin transfer or a credit to a provider account does not prove that money has reached your external payment account. These risk notices do not give a provider additional rights to refuse or reduce payments that are owed. Your claims are governed by the respective agreement and applicable law.
4. EA rules and account risks
FUT Cloud Seller is not an official Electronic Arts product, and these terms do not authorise it on EA's behalf. EA's FC rules prohibit, among other things, bots and automation, Coin distribution and account sharing. The EA User Agreement also prohibits selling or exchanging EA Virtual Currency for real money. The automated sale of FC 27 Coins for real money described here conflicts with these EA rules. Using your own accounts or multiple selling platforms does not remove this conflict.
Possible consequences include restricted Transfer Market access, loss of Coins or the Ultimate Team Club, and temporary or permanent account bans. Measures may also affect other platforms and games used with the same EA Account. These terms and the grant of beta access do not constitute permission from EA or protection against such measures. Proxies, account rotation, reserves and limits do not promise that EA permits the activity or that account bans will be prevented. Check the EA and provider terms that apply to you before use. 5. Your accounts and controls
Only submit accounts and credentials that you are personally authorised to use. You must have the permissions required for the settings you configure and the actions you initiate. Do not use accounts belonging to others, stolen credentials or credentials shared without authorisation.
EA passwords, TOTP secrets, session cookies, and provider and proxy credentials are sensitive access information. If disclosed or misused, they may allow unauthorised people to take over accounts, cause loss of Items or Coins, or initiate actions you did not intend. Keep your platform access and exported credentials confidential. Report suspected unauthorised access through your personal contact and change affected credentials with the respective service. Technical safeguards do not guarantee protection against every instance of unauthorised access.
Check account selection, reserves, limits, providers and schedules before starting. An enabled cloud selling process or schedule may continue when you close your browser or switch off your own device. Automation may also initiate incorrect or financially disadvantageous actions, for example because of software or interface faults, outdated prices, incorrect settings or unclear status responses. A network error may mean an action has already been performed even though its confirmation is missing. Safeguards and logs do not eliminate all such errors or losses. Check unclear actions before initiating them again.
You can use the stop and schedule controls provided in your workspace. Stopping does not reverse actions already performed by external services; actions already in progress may need to be settled first. EA Transfer Market transactions that have already been performed cannot be reversed through FUT Cloud Seller. Coins spent, deductions and losses caused by price changes may remain. Statutory claims arising from an error remain unaffected under section 9.
6. Availability and changes
The beta is provided for testing and further development. No minimum availability or unlimited execution capacity has been agreed. Maintenance, faults, capacity limits and changes at EA or external providers may affect features or cause temporary interruptions. The operator may change technical features for objective reasons such as security, bug fixes or changes to interfaces. You will receive timely notice of material foreseeable restrictions in your workspace or through the personal contact used to arrange your beta access. Services and rights required by law remain applicable. Changes to these terms do not take effect merely because you continue using the service; they require a valid agreement.
7. Ending participation and restricting access
You may end your participation at any time without a notice period through the personal contact used to arrange your beta access. Stop active selling processes and disable your schedules first. The operator may end the free beta as a whole or your beta access by giving at least 14 days' notice. In the event of specific security concerns, unauthorised access, serious breaches of these terms or legal obligations, the operator may immediately impose temporary restrictions or suspend access. You will be informed of the measure and its reason to the extent legally permitted and without jeopardising security. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
8. Export and deletion requests
Before your access ends, use the available export function for saved EA credentials if you need them. The export may contain passwords and TOTP secrets in plain text and must be protected accordingly. A complete export of all workspace data and complete automated account deletion are not currently available as self-service functions. For further export or deletion requests, use the personal contact through which your beta access was arranged. Suspending access or ending participation does not confirm that all workspace data, logs and backups have been deleted. Your statutory rights of access, return of data, data portability and deletion remain applicable subject to their respective requirements.
9. Liability and statutory rights
Liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. References to beta operation, external providers and account risks are not a blanket exclusion of liability. These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory rights, including any applicable consumer rights, remedies for defects, update obligations, rights of withdrawal or termination rights. Activating or immediately using beta access does not, by itself, waive a statutory right of withdrawal.
